Diagnostics

A diagnostic is a series of processes that need to be followed to find the cause of a specific problem. These issues can be followed by many warning lights such as Check Engine, ABS, Airbag, Battery, TPMS, Steering Light, or warning messages that are displayed on the dashboard.

Programming

Programming is the process of writing software into a module after that module has been replaced. A reprogram is when current operating software in a module or modules is changed in order to fix an issue and operate correctly.
